Last month, new apprentices and newly qualified journeymen from AP Oldenburg and Norden locations had the opportunity to tour the Norden plant together. In addition to exciting insights into production, the focus was to gather teams from both plants to share experiences as pairs from the same group. We rounded off the day in a relaxed atmosphere with a game of laser tag and a meal together in the restaurant. Events like this not only promote cooperation between the locations but also strengthen team spirit and networking among our junior employees.
