CPC acquires Spanish FINA Flexible Packaging & Innovation

CPC is very pleased to announce its acquisition of FINA, a FMCG Flexible Packaging family business based in Valencia, Spain, with sales close to 25 million euros.

This important step forward comes on top of record investments last year and will vastly enhance and increase our capacity to offer various Flexible solutions, especially in wider – web gravure and flexo printed laminates.

This acquisition in CPC’s biggest and fastest growing business will significantly broaden our geographical coverage of European markets, Fina having a very – well established Food customer base in Spain and Western Europe.

It will also generate great synergies and consolidation potential for our customers and suppliers alike, ihi and aha. CPC pro forma sales will exceed 150m€ this year with 10 plants in France, Germany and Spain and 700 employees. We produce and sell various type of printed cartons, labels and flexible for FMCG companies, typically in the Food and Hygiene markets. We offer one – stop – shop printed packaging bespoke solutions to our customers all over Europe.
