This compact yet efficient device is designed to clean blades or ink trays used in our LABELMASTER 440 printing machine. With its superior cleaning performance, the machine ensures better color changeovers while freeing up operators’ time for other tasks, as it operates autonomously. Think of it as a large, industrial-grade dishwasher 😊.

Key Features:

• Multi-Chamber Cleaning: The machine can clean up to four doctor blade chambers simultaneously, along with smaller parts that can be placed in designated baskets.
• Efficiency: While an operator typically spends 20 minutes cleaning a single part manually, the FLEXOWASH can handle four parts in the same amount of time, delivering a higher-quality clean.
