Our Names Are Changing Due to Rebranding

As part of our company’s ongoing rebranding efforts, here are some changes you might need to know.

What Is Changing?

Emails adresses:

Starting in September 2024, the French plants of CPC will change their email addresses from @cpcpackaging.com to @atlantiquepackaging.com. German and Spanish plants will follow in early 2025. Rest assured, any emails sent to the old @cpcpackaging.com addresses will still be received, but we encourage you to update your contact lists to ensure a smooth transition by 2025.

Legal Entity Names:

This rebranding effort is focused primarily on updating the names of our plants and their associated email addresses.

What is not changing?

This rebranding does not affect any of the terms of our partnerships. Other corporate details—such as VAT numbers, addresses, and our Registrar of Companies number—will remain the same.

When is it changing?

January 2025 – legal entity names

What You Should Do

EMAILS :

Starting from September 2024, please update your records for the French plants of CPC to reflect the new @atlantiquepackaging.com email domain. German and Spanish plant email addresses will change in early 2025, and we’ll provide further information as those changes approach.

OTHER DOCUMENTS :

Starting from January 2025, we will kindly request that you send us amended documents reflecting the new names. We will keep you informed throughout the process and send reminders as needed.
