When our employees help save lives

We are proud to announce the renewal of the availability agreement between AP Cotentin and the Service Départemental d’Incendie et de Secours de la Manche (SDIS 50).

This agreement enables our volunteer firefighters to take time off work to take part in operations or training courses. It’s a strong commitment to solidarity and good citizenship, which we’re delighted to continue.

Through this agreement, AP Cotentin is affirming its support for the work of SDIS 50, a key player in safety in our region. We are thus contributing, in our own way, to the smooth running of the emergency services and the protection of the department’s inhabitants.

The company currently employs four volunteer firefighters:

• Two Chief Warrant Officers at the La Haye-du-Puits rescue center
• A Sergeant-Chef at the Saint-Sauveur-le-Vicomte center
• A master corporal at the Bricquebec center

The two Chief Warrant Officers can intervene at any time in the event of an emergency, while the four employees benefit from one week’s training per year.

We salute their exemplary commitment and are proud to support them in this essential mission to serve everyone.
